My name is Christy Bova. I am originally from Roanoke, Virginia. I committed to graduate from James Madison University for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. This is my seventh year teaching first grade and I absolutely love it! For the first four years, I taught in Warrenton, Virginia. In 2013 I moved to Blacksburg to be closer to my family and support my husband in his Ph.D at Virginia Tech. My husband and I have three dogs and a cat. We love taking our dogs outdoors, going canoeing, camping, and traveling to new places!
