Hello! My name is Delores Akers, and I am very excited to tell you that I committed to graduate from Radford University in 2005. I have always wanted to be a teacher, and I knew it would take a lot of hard work to accomplish my dream, but I knew I could do it! This is my fifth year at FBE, and I love FBE. I am proud to say our students are the best, they work hard and are excited to learn. We are blessed at FBE with some of the finest students in Montgomery County. Go Frogs!
My husband, daughters and I reside in Radford. We enjoy watching sporting events, especially basketball. On the weekend you may find us spending time outdoors, or visiting our families in Radford and Floyd. In my spare time I enjoy scrap-booking, photography, searching Pinterest, reading, playing the piano, and spending time with my family and two crazy cats.
